CASE STUDY: The Rodale Institute
ISSUE: Through this key leadership transition,
the Rodale Institute wanted outside support to increase
it success in advising key stakeholders about the changes,
fundraising, promoting staff morale and delivering programs.
ACTION: The Support Center recruited
and placed experienced Executive and Development Directors.
We guided a Transition Committee comprised of Board and
staff through sound planning and the hiring of a well-matched
CEO.
IMPACT: Focusing on the Institute's
mission, goals, and operations, our Transition Specialists
facilitated a Successful transition. With no loss of stability,
the Institute enhanced its viability through this process
and strengthened its capacity to raise funds.
